Fitness classes are a fun way to build your body! There are classes for those looking to tone, sculpt, sweat, dance and even relax. Whichever class you decide to try, these activity classes combine fat-burning aerobics, muscle-building and stretching exercises into routines that are performed to music. All ages can enjoy the benefits and challenges of learning new skills presented in these fitness classes. Yoga classes are designed to help integrate your mind, body, and spirit to enhance well-being. Yoga postures and breathing techniques, designed to strengthen and stretch the body, are mastered to: Develop fitness and muscle tone Improve strength, balance, and flexibility Promote better posture and alignment Increase lung capacity and breathing quality Improve digestion and circulation

The BFit Cuero Wellness Center offers an exciting variety of fitness classes. Our classes include beginner, intermediate, and advanced exercises for people of all ages and fitness levels. We continue to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technology so we can incorporate them into our classes.

Flexibility is key. We have morning, mid-morning, and evening fitness classes to fit your busy schedule. Can't fit a class into "your schedule", try Fitness on Demand.

Because cross-training is the most efficient and safest way to train, our staff encourages everyone to sample from our array of class offerings. Any of our instructors will be happy to help you set up a workout schedule or answer any questions you may have.

Last, but not least, we have FUN working out! Enjoyment is key to staying motivated. Come join us, get fit, meet new people, and feel good!

Bfit Cuero Wellness Center

Wellness is an on-going lifestyle that encompasses physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wholeness. The BFit Wellness Center focuses on the well being of the complete person, not just a place to exercise. Personal Training

The Wellness Center's Personal Trainers are fully certified and have undergone rigorous national testing in both written and practical examinations for all components of health and fitness categories. They can develop a comprehensive individualized fitness plan for you based on your specific needs and goals including cardiorespiratory, muscular strength, nutrition/weight management, and flexibility training. A qualified personal trainer provides motivation, professional expertise, and personal attention, which are essential elements for achieving your personal health and fitness goals.

Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy has long been recognized as an ancient method of healthcare.  A natural form of healing, the heart of Massage Therapy is human touch.  Massaging the skin, the body's largest organ, sets up a chain reaction that produces a positive effect on all layers and systems of the body.  Our licensed Massage Therapist offers a number of massage therapies to choose from in a variety of price ranges including:

Hydromassage

Hydromassage:Hydromassage Dry Hydrotherapy is a combination of massage, heat and whirlpool in a single system. You stay fully clothed, dry and comfortable while powerful waves of water are directed at specific areas of the body, giving you the deepest and relaxing massage.

Non-members $10 for 15 minutes, $20 for 30 minutes

Perfect for our younger Zumba® fans! Kids 7-11 years old get the chance to be active and jam out to their favorite music.

How It Works

Zumba® Kids classes feature kid-friendly routines based on original Zumba® choreography. We break down the steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.
